Keeping Up With Ken

Ask me anything   100% Plastic
Flawless, Fake, and Fabulous!
Makeup Addict / Lash Whore!

I love clothes but I love makeup more! In this look I’m wearing a makeup look that is extremely popular at the moment! The dewy bronze look with a serious contour and highlight. Its always fun to try new things and lately I have been dying over liquid highlighters. Bare in mind that a liquid highlighter is going to give you a great dewy look with an amazing highlight when used only on the cheeks.
Complexion: Full Coverage Foundation (White-concentrated on cheeks & NC20-Under eye)
Studio Fix Fluid following the Full Coverage foundation applied with a powder brush (129)
I then applied Lusture Drops in the shade Sun Rush to my cheeks with the same brush I applied my Studio Fix Fluid
Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation Focusing only on areas you do not want shine (Jawline, T-Zone, & Temples)
I set my complexion with Prep + Prime Translucent setting powder all other the face concentrating the most product under the eyes to prevent creasing.
Contour: Powder Blush in Blunt (Hallows of cheeks & Temples)
Refines Golden Bronzer blending out the Blunt Powder Blush also swept down the neck and across the forehead.
At the moment I’m over filled brows to I just skipped that step. However, you always want to make sure to brush out your brows to remove any foundation that may be on them.
Mascara: Studio Fix Mascara on both top and bottom lashes. I love, love, love this mascara almost as much as I love in extreme dimension lash.
Lips: Naked Liner & Myth LipGlass

This is CK One Airlight Pressed Powder SPF15 in the shade Caramel. I was instantly drawn to the CK One line their range of colors seems to match my skin tone flawlessly. Normally I would use the shade Porcelain in this product however, I have been looking for a warm matte bronzer for fall. This product is just that although it is a powder foundation it blends perfectly and you can build it up to the perfect coverage or depth in my case. This product is really light so it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin whatsoever.

This is the MAC Surf Baby Studio Careblend Pressed Powder in Lush-Light Bronze.
I came across many items from this collection at a Cosmetic Company store near my shore home and I found it so fitting. I picked this shade because it was light and matte so I could apply Iridescent Powder/Loose in Golden Bronze over top of it. This works perfectly for a shimmery, andy dewy contour.

Hey Dolls,
This is a makeup look that I have been asked so many questions about. The night I wore this the cameras were going insane. I wore this to a fashion show in Miami about 3 months ago and I have posted this picture on a few social networking sites and it has gotten allot of attention. Allot of people have also been asking me what I have on in this look so here is the breakdown.
MAC Prep + Prime Primer
Makeup Forever Concealer in the lightest shade uner my eyes and above my cheek bone
MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation
MAC Select Cover-up
Sephora Matte Powder Foundation
MAC Powder Blush in Blunt
NARS Casino Bronzer
MAC Eye Shadow in Cork
Sephora Brown Mascara

From the beggining starting with a clean and moisturized face, I applied my primer. I apply my primer two different ways; either with my fingers but occasionally I will use a foundation brush. With this look I used a foundation brush to assure a full and even application. After letting my primer set for about 5-10 minutes I begin to hide dark spots and circles. To hide dark spots and circles I use MUFE camoflage pallate. I then use the same pallete to begin the contouring process. To contour and highlight my cheek bones I use the lightest concealer I can find uner my eyes and above my cheek bones I also highlight my jaw bone with the same light concealer. I then use a darker concealer right under me cheek bones. Following the concealer application I then use a flat top powder brush to apply MAC Studio Sculpt foundation. This is my go to product for the perfect doll face! After my foundation is blended flawlessly over my face and neck I applied MAC Select Cover-Up under my eyes to ensure you can not see any dark circles. Following this i applied Sephora Collection Matte Powder Foundation to my t-zone and down my neck to prevent the foundation to rub off on the colar of my shirt. I then applied MAC Powder Blush in the color Blunt to the hollows of my cheeks. I then did some additional contouring with my favorite bronzer ever NARS Casino Bronzer! Following all my contouring I filled in and shaped my eye brows with MAC Eye Shadow in the color Cork. Finally I set my face with MAC’s Fix+ and applied my Brown Mascara.

P.S. I have nothing on my lips I just have really red lips which I usually chose to cover up but because I wanted this look to be really strong I chose not to conceal the redness in them.
